Vickie Kozhushchenko, Founder/CEO
Vickie Kozhushchenko founded VLK Consulting Group in 2015 to help organizations and individuals drive outcomes with meaning and purpose. Vickie has over 20 years of experience as an HR professional and business leader across organizations and as diverse as hospitality, food & facility services, media & entertainment, healthcare, environmental services and technology. Vickie has provided Human Resources leadership, coaching, leadership development, talent management, recruitment and HR systems expertise to business leaders, non-profit and corporate organizations and individuals at all levels and stages of their career. She utilizes her education in hospitality management, her expertise in leadership development and HR practices, and her many years of experience in service-oriented and consumer-facing organizations to assist companies and business leaders in driving their business outcomes through excellence in employee service. Her passions, professional interests and areas of expertise align across leadership development, organizational culture, executive and leadership coaching, organizational effectiveness, and systems and strategies.
Vickie has spent time in a variety of leadership roles, currently working with IntegriChain (a leading technology organization that delivers the life science industry’s largest and only data and business process platform for therapy commercialization and access) as their SVP of People and Culture. Prior to IntegriChain, Vickie served as the VP of HR for Clean Earth, a leading provider of industrial waste management and environmental services solutions, bringing strategic leadership and insights to process development, talent management initiatives and multiple acquisition efforts.
Vickie’s HR leadership also extended to a mid-size private hospital network based in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania where she was the Chief Talent Officer, responsible for the development, leadership and execution of a comprehensive talent strategy for this innovative, growing private healthcare system.
Vickie served as Associate VP, Human Resources for Aramark, leading various projects and divisions in the human capital management systems (HCMS) as well as HR leadership roles in Sports and Entertainment, K-12 Education and Corrections. In her early career, Vickie led both generalist and specialist human resources functions across a number of organizations, including G4 Media (a Comcast network) in Los Angeles, Turner Broadcasting System and Prosero Inc. in Atlanta, and Bristol Hotels and Resorts in Dallas and Atlanta.
Vickie is affiliated with Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration as a coach and advisor to students in undergraduate and graduate programs.
Vickie earned her bachelors degree from Cornell University and her masters degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, where her research centered on peer coaching and leadership. Her most recent educational focus been on a coaching certification through GolemanEI. She resides outside Philadelphia with her Ukrainian husband and two daughters.
Shreeta Dhanak, Partner/Head of Programs
Shreeta Dhanak is a transformational Program Manager with proven thought leadership experience in several areas of Business Operations, Human Resources, Talent Management, HR Operations and Human Capital Management and ERP Systems. Shreeta has spent significant time advising and working with C-Suite leaders to develop and deliver strategy.
Shreeta brings an established track record of excellent personal, communication and organization skills to lead and improve HR departments, implement systems locally and globally, and improve department efficiencies, and seeks to help her clients fully understand and embrace the processes and technologies that will best serve the organizations with which she works. Experienced in introducing new business models, Shreeta has supported various organizations in the legal, financial services, banking, media & entertainment and management consulting industries, and she enjoys the process of bringing cost control measures, new technologies, and skills assessments to operations teams, so they can effectively evaluate and reengineer existing processes, and implement new technologies. Shreeta’s clients point to her high quality of work, business acumen and motivation to help her clients achieve their goals as a key to their confidence in continuously engaging VLK Consulting Group for multiple projects.
Shreeta holds her PMP and is a certified Project Manager; she has focused her education in the areas of Management Information Systems, Technology and Business Systems and Finance. Shreeta holds a broad world-view, having lived and worked in numerous countries; she currently resides in New York.
