Coaching Programs
Coaching is about helping. Our coaching services are designed to give you tools to develop your own insights, provide help as you consider your current position and what’s next, and allow you to see your world and your experiences through different lenses than the ones you use every day. Our coaching is rooted in an emotional intelligence framework known as the Emotional and Social Intelligence Leadership Competency Model, developed by Daniel Goleman and Richard Boyatzis.
CAREER COACHING FOR EARLY CAREER PROFESSIONALS
We provide 1x1 and group coaching for early career professionals (those who are getting ready to graduate or who launched their career within the prior 1-7 years). Sample areas of focus include:
Values Inventory (using the Values in Action assessment)
Behavioral Skills Assessment (using the DiSC Inventory Profile)
Building Leadership Skills
Building Communication Skills
Developing Business Acumen
Navigating Team Dynamics
Communication & Leadership Styles Assessments
Resume and LinkedIn Profile Evaluations
Job Search or Job Change Strategy Development
Interviewing & Negotiation Skills Training
Our career coaching engagements are either initiated by individual clients or organizations on behalf of their team members. Individuals may be at the start of their career (or getting ready to graduate), in transition between jobs, working on getting promoted or initiating a career change.
mid-career coaching
These days, a career typically spans 45 to 55 years. In the midst of a career experience, it can be easy to feel “stuck”. After 10-20 years of work, you may feel uninspired, wondering whether this is “all there is”, or in need of a change. Or maybe you have been out of the workforce for a while and are ready to jump back in.
Mid-career coaching is designed to help evaluate your current position and take positive steps to re-engage and re-invigorate your career. Perhaps you are thinking about making a career change, or have reached a new stage in your life (e.g. kids in high school or college, returning to work after an extended absence, experienced a layoff or in transition). A mid-career coaching program typically includes:
Values Inventory (using the Values in Action assessment)
Behavioral Skills Assessment (using the DiSC Inventory Profile)
Purpose and Goal-Setting
Job Search Strategy Development
Resume & LinkedIn Profile Review
Interviewing & Negotiation Skills Refresher
leadership and executive coaching
Senior leaders and executives are often looking for insights and learning to enhance their leadership skills, address particular organizational challenges or determine their own next career steps. Typical leadership coaching engagements include:
Leadership Capability Foundation Session
Strategic Action Planning
Regularly Scheduled Individual Coaching Sessions
Self-Evaluation Tools and Experiences
Qualitative Goal Assessment
Peer and Leadership Feedback
"Pivot" Coaching Between Sessions
Our leadership and executive coaching engagements are typically initiated by organizations on behalf of their leaders, though often the leader themselves will identify the interest and desire for coaching.
